On tony hawks american wasteland for ps2, how can i unlock on places on free mode?

The question says it all.. Just wondering if you can actually do it 'cos im bored of Hollywood and Minneapolis...A code would be ideal but just saying how to unlock them by doing stuff is just as welcome=D...CHEATS MOSTLY THOUGH PLEASE
