Would a National Health Care system insure a U.S. citizen a longer life expectancy?

Most people who dint have health care ha vent been seen by a doctor or Dentist for years and in some cases twenty plus years because they cant afford it and make to much money for state aid. I don't know if you are aware but a family of five can cost $1,000.00 to $1,6000.00 per month in some states for health insurance. This is why many Americans cant afford it and not all Americans Have the option for employer Insurance. I would have to say yes one with out insurance would die sooner then if they had it. Doesn't matter now anyway the democrats came to an agreement and pulled together with the blue democrats today, they don't need the republicans. They are writing out the bill now and it will be done by friday. You don't have to use it you can get you own or keep the one you have .The good thing hard working Americans who cant afford it will have something. To those who are concerned about the cost I say contact your reps in the house ans senate who give trillions around the world each year to help other country's economy like corrupt Mexico and a hundred other country's! Tell them to keep the money here in America! Americans tax dollars, American people needs come first!
