i don't think he was because twice it got thrown out of court. and it was the family who wanted money from him because he was a celeb and i felt sorry for him. he has had a hard life with those accusations about him being a child molester. i am 28 by the way and micheal jackson was the best there ever was. and he music was good. i am not hes biggest fan. he just like children thats all
