For woman who have checked their cervix before?

is this a good sign that conception has taken place.... i know u cant tell me exactly but...i had a go at checking my cervix (gently with clean hands) and it all was soft and squishy. also for the past week i have had extra cm. really yellow now. (no infection or anything) and last night i saw a couple of tiny dots of dark brown blood. my af isn't due for about another 5-9 days. also when i checked my cervix my finger had little bits of chunky white cm on it. is this a good sign??? please no rude comments! thanks :)
