Question about visiting home?

im 19 and in college. i have a good group of friends and i make good grades. i only live a hour away from home. i really like to go home and do it almost every weekend. my friends are startin to bust my about it. none of their parents live closer than mine. im a only child and my dad works for the air force so we moved alot. everytime we moved i always had my mom and pops for friends before i would make any friends at my new schools. im really close to them. question is am i dumb or weird for visiting home so much. (plus they got a new puppy lol.) thx for readin
