Can I get into college!?

Hey, ok so I'm a junior in highschool and Im a quarter into m 1st Semester with **** grades (A B B D F F LAST TME I CHECKED), its not that I slack I just get sick often due to a lung problem that effects my immunity and with taking AP History and having to take care of a mentally disabled sibling after school along with all of my other cles makes it hard to do makeup work aloong with keeping up my current homework i dont have money for a tutor either :( my ulative GPA is a 2.2 and I really would love to go to University of Northern Colorado to get a degree in Nursing obviously I'm going to try to raise my GPA but do you think they would accept me and do you have any tps on how I could raise up my GPA?
