When will Cycling be over for a 10 gallon?

In my tank, I set it up yesterday, added the stuff I wanted and today the waters a bit cloudy, I think thiss a bacteria bloom. Im transferring other fish into this tank and I put a shell from their tank into this new tank, and I also put one of the artificial plants from their tank into this one, hoping it would help cycle faster.. Im wondering how long it will take to cycle, and if that helped any, or any tips to make it cycle faster.. Thanks (:
