How do I get my parents to get me a new phone?

(I'm a thirteen year old Korean girl) I've always wanted a new phone ever since my dad gave his to me (he traded his phone for his company's awesome new phone). I didn't say a word and just lived with the phone for about good two years. How I regret what I have done so much.... I could have just said "No, I don't want that phone," However, it was pretty obvious that my mom would have just said, "If you don't just live with this phone, you won't ever get a new phone." I was forced to have it. It's a sucky grandma phone. It just sucks so bad. The battery life is very short and it's really difficult to text. I get straight A's and I behave well around others. I've tried everything! I told her all the problems with the phone and how it sucks.... I always complain to her how much I hate my phone (it's a flip phone). We have plenty of money to buy a lot of things! I don't know why she is so.... stubborn? Ugh.. It's driving me crazy.... She won't change our family's phones.... I just... UGH... I don't get why. Please give me some ideas... PLEASE I really desperately want a new phone!!
