Curious... i'm on my 2nd month of fertility meds and went to the dr. this morning?

to check the size of my follicles. They were only 10.5mm when they are supposed to be at least 19mm. Last month they were over 19mm, so I'm a little concerned that I didn't get the same results this month. Does anyone have any information that might help or ease my worries? thank you.
