Streach Marks!?!?? :/?

I Have streach marks abd i wanted to Know if i work out over the summer and watch how i eat, will they go away ?!?! And the streach marks i have are like redishh to were there bearly starting to form!?!? Please answerr because i really dislike streach marks! :/
