What are the legalities of me living with my custodial parent full time?

A Judge will take into account what a 14 year old person wants. The Law is there to protect children, that is why a Judge will listen to a 14 year old. Over is Australia, if a child is 12 years old, the Judge will still listen, because a child of 12 knows where they are better off. Unless there is a court order stating you must live with your father, then there is no reason why you cant go and live with your mother. You have 2 parents, a mother and a father. If your mother wants you to live with her, and there is no court order stating she can't have custody, then you can go live with her without the need of going to court. If there is a court order stating your father has total custody, then ask your mother to take it back to court. You are old enough now to have your say.....and the judge will take into account where you want to live.
