TMJ, Ear infection, or imaginary bugs? ?

Started a little over a year ago when i first experienced this warm wet sensation in my right ear. I thought it was just water, so i would lean my hear one side and hop around..,.. but no liquid ever came out. as time went by my ear started to get clogged for no apparent reason, and it would cause alot of pain followed by the sensation described before...... i can swear although no liquid was ever discharged i i would see some type of lint hair like thingy where i was lying down or all over my clothing..... looks very shiny. i went to an ear nose dr. right away, and was told to st opp using tips and he vacuumed my ear . i was relieved, but later that night the pain came back, and this time around blood came out...... again i pan iced saw the doc again, and to my surprise he sounded like i was crazy...... and that i may want to check with another type of dr.... ( whatever that i meant) I kinda just gave up and decided to move on and deal with it as it comes... its been a year now and just two days ago, i could not chew at all, cant bite down modelers and when i try it feels and sounds like my jaw is Just dripping or collapsing...... please help???!?! i also hear a lot of crackling and popping noise to the point that sounds are SO muffled that i think a machine noise is something else and etc etc....
