Looking to try to find my father to try to collect on 18 years of child support so i can go to school.?

I am 23 have never met my father and untill now have never even asked about him but i am in dire need of help for school and i have been given all the court doc's that show that he was supposed to pay my mom and now as i have tallied he owes me a little less then the total cost of the school i need to pay for now i know it is a long shot to get anything out of him or to even find him but does anyone have any ideas about how to go about finding him i live in Canada i have everything except his SIN number which i am sure i can get when i call the gov office that is supposed to keep track of him and garnish his wages for my mom and now it is my turn out of anger i want what my mom deserves my mom shouldnt have to pay for my school and i shouldnt have to worry about how i am going to pay for it i want him to pay for abandoning me before i was even born any advise or ideas are appreciated thank you.
